This Townhome is in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. It is also less than 1 mile to the slopes at Big Boulder Ski, and close to Jack Frost as well as a free indoor waterparks!!! On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back! This is one of the few units with a large walk around deck perfect for a BBQ and entertaining and air conditioning!

This is a 2 bedroom unit with a loft that can be used as an additional bedroom. A private and secluded corner unit with a huge outdoor deck area with included use of propane grill and plenty of seating. This is a very spacious and updated 1390 square foot 2 bedroom and a loft 2 full bath townhouse in the scenic and relaxing Lake Harmony. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed as well as toddler bed with beautiful updated flooring along with a loft with a queen bed for extra sleeping space and new flooring as well (please see picture). There is a fully renovated bathroom upstairs with a stall shower and a free standing soaking tub. The bathroom has upscale rock accent wall along with a custom built barn double vanity and high end tile flooring. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, along with twin bunk bed with an addition twin trundle that pulls out and beautiful new flooring. There is a full bathroom on the first floor with two entrances so it can be used as an ensuite to the adjacent first floor bathroom. The kitchen has been updated with Quartz gray counter tops and rock tile backsplash and kickboard and even has under counter lighting with a separate on off switch! We have a grill on the back deck and offer high speed Wifi perfect from working from home!!

Linens and bath towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! We also have a washer and dryer in our unit for your use. We also provide pack and play for babies and a toddler bed for children.

SUMMER TIME ONLY: Access to the Boulder Lake Club is included ( 6 passes are complimentary additional passes can be purchased at the lake club if need be- children under 2 are free)! Access to the lake club is only available during the summer months ( Memorial day weekend to Labor Day as well as Weekend in September weather permitting-). At the club you can even rent water toys!!!

Fire pits and any outdoor fires are absolutely strictly prohibited in the community. Fireworks of any kind, no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association as well These rules are seriously enforced by community security and the neighbors.

PETS
Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge for your stay. The pet fee will be requested on your day of check in and must be approved prior to checking in. Our HOA only allows one dog to be at the unit. The HOA also restricts Pittbulls, Rottweilers and Doberman. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay.

-Bedroom- All linen for beds, pillows, toddler bed upstairs

- Other: BBQ Grill- propane tank is attached however, if it runs empty you can exchange it at the general store for another one. We do not provide the propane only the propane tank. NO CHARCOAL to be put inside the grill this is a propane grill.

There is one Tv in the living room that is a smart tv, It is NOT connected to cable but we provide the Philo app that has over 60 channels, or you can log into a different app. There is also another Smart TV located upstairs in the master bedroom.

TRASH
Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster in the parking lot. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes.

OTHER
Must be over 25 yrs old to book.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
